Climax Cafe Bar Restaurant was established and developed in 1993 by Chroni Papageli and his partner Aris Kalantzopoulos on a stunning freehold site facing the Aegean sea, on the east coast of The Pelion. It was the realization of an inspiration we had during the late eighties whilst working in reputable restaurants and bistros of Munich, having graduated from the American Bartenders School. When Climax opened its doors during the summer of '93, it set gastronomic standards quite unique for Greece at that time.
